Gary Beard for Lieutenant Governor |
 Dear Friends, My name is Gary Beard and I am asking for your support and vote on October 20th for the office of Lt. Governor of Louisiana. I have been married to my wife, Diane, for over 26 years and we have 6 children. We have been life-time residents of Louisiana and are passionate about our state. We firmly believe that a stronger and renewed effort is necessary to strengthen our families and improve our communities. I have a proven record of conservative leadership during my two terms of public service in the House of Representatives. I have continuously fought for fiscal reform in our state and have taken a strong pro-life, pro-family position while promoting Traditional Family Values.
I am a graduate of LSU in Civil Engineering and I have worked for over 30 years in helping communities throughout the state to build new and improved infrastructure: roads, water systems, schools/churches, and environmental protection systems. Upgrading the state and local infrastructure is one way of enhancing the standard of living for the people of Louisiana and improving the image of our state.
